When you report a support question to us, we do our best to investigate the issue. The time it takes to resolve it can vary depending on the case, but in general, it can be a matter of minutes

What devices are supported?

We support all IPTV boxes and Android devices, including MAG boxes and Formuler

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to email you within 5 minutes to 1 hour of purchase to arrange the setup of your order. Please note that during busy periods, such as evenings and weekends, orders may take up to 2 hours to process

What if I am not satisfied with your IPTV server?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for any reason.

How will my IPTV subscription be delivered?
  • We typically process orders manually for security reasons, so please be patient after making the payment.
  • Your subscription details will be sent to the email address you provided in the payment form.

Why haven't I received my subscription code?

We will provide the subscription code immediately once you have completed the order payment. Please contact us via email or chat with our online staff.

Does my subscription take effect immediately after I make the payment?

The subscription becomes effective from the moment you receive the activation message in your email. For example, if Haley signed up for a 3-month subscription at 11:55pm on February 17 and received her activation credentials at 12:10am on February 18, her subscription will be available for the next 3 months, starting at 12:10 am on February 18.

Can I use two devices with a single subscription at the same time?

No, you can’t. Having multiple connections for a single account may result in the blocking of your username and IP address. However, you can pay additional fees for extra connections.

Is it possible to convert the M3U format to Mag service?

Yes, you can always request support to switch your line between MAG and M3U.
